North Bay Capital ("we," "our," or "us") operates the LenderVault mobile application (Bundle ID: com.northbaycapital.lendervault) and related services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app and services.

By using LenderVault, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

Information We Collect

Account Information: When you create a LenderVault account, we collect:

• Email address
• Name
• Password (stored as a salted hash; we never store plaintext passwords)

Apple Sign In: If you sign in with Apple, we receive only the information you authorize Apple to share (typically your name and email, or a private relay email address).

Subscription Data: We store your subscription status and expiration date. Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store credit card numbers or payment details.

Search Queries: Your search queries within LenderVault are not stored, logged, or shared. Searches are processed in real-time and discarded.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to:

• Create and maintain your account
• Authenticate your identity when you log in
• Manage your subscription status
• Provide customer support

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or behavioral targeting.

Third-Party Services

LenderVault integrates with the following third-party services:

• Apple Sign In: For optional account authentication. Subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
• Apple StoreKit / App Store: For subscription management and payment processing. Subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.

We do not use any analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.

Data Sharing and Selling

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We may disclose information only if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
• Salted password hashing (bcrypt)
• JWT-based authentication with token expiration

While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, contact us at jesse@truebluelending.net and we will process your request within 30 days.
