Open LenderVault and use the search bar at the top to search by lender name or company. You can also use the filter pills to narrow results by Lender Type, Loan Type, Loan Amount, State, and Property Type. Filters support multi-select -- tap multiple options within a filter to find lenders matching any of your selections.

Each lender profile includes company name, contact name, lender type, loan types offered, execution types (Bridge, CMBS, SBA, Construction, etc.), property types financed, geographic coverage, loan amount ranges, and direct contact information including phone numbers and email addresses where available.

Download LenderVault from the App Store and create an account. Your 7-day free trial begins automatically when you subscribe. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.

LenderVault is $99.99 per year, billed annually through the App Store. This includes full access to all 5,300+ lender profiles, verified contact information, and all search and filter features. A 7-day free trial is included with every new subscription.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the App Store:

1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap Subscriptions
4. Tap LenderVault
5. Tap Cancel Subscription

Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

Since subscriptions are processed through Apple, refund requests must go through Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the LenderVault charge, and request a refund.

Our database contains 5,300+ commercial real estate lenders with information sourced from public records and verified through our enrichment process. Contact information (phone numbers and email addresses) is verified through automated and manual checks. However, lender details can change -- if you find outdated information, please let us know at jesse@truebluelending.net and we will update it.

LenderVault is designed as a search and lookup tool. Data export (CSV, spreadsheet, etc.) is not available. You can tap on phone numbers and email addresses within the app to call or email lenders directly.

No. Your search queries are processed in real time and are not stored, logged, or shared with any third party. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

To delete your account and all associated data, send an email to jesse@truebluelending.net from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days. Note: deleting your account does not automatically cancel your App Store subscription -- please cancel that separately.
